- Molecular Nutrition: Mechanisms of plant polyphenols and amino acids in regulating gut barrier function, flora, and immunity.
- Quantitative Nutrition and Chronic Digestive Disease Intervention: Multi-omics and deep learning for evidence-based nutritional metabolism research.
